Steam Courses
Footplate Taster - £110
Introduction - £250 - inc. breakfast & souvenirs
Advanced - £800 - inc. an "I've driven a steam train" Tee Shirt and souvenir mug
Goods Train Experience - £900
Double Headed Advanced Steam Driving Course - £900 Due to the need to have four people on each course there are no set dates for DOUBLE HEADER STEAM ADVANCED DRIVING COURSES. Please call the sales office on 01580 765155 to arrange a date. We advise that it may take some time to arrange for a full complement for the course.
Diesel Courses
A DMMU Cab Ride £75
Please note: An administration charge of £10 will be levied if alterations to confirmed bookings are requested. Such requests will be granted at the discretion of The Kent & East Sussex Railway Company Limited.
SPECIAL DISCOUNTS
Book two courses within the same year and get a £20 discount.
Book three or more courses within the same year and get a £50 discount.

"I would like to thank all at Kent & East Sussex Railway for the warm welcome you all gave me when I atended your railway engine driving course. I did not know quite what to expect of the day but it turned out to be really good and interesting, it much exceeded my expectations in all ways. All the staff were very patient with us at all times no matter how stupid we were and also answered all our questions with keenness I could not fault in any way. The meal was also top class, fit for a king and so much of it too and we nearly drowned in all the tea all day long! I would not hesitate to recommend this day to anyone, well worth the cost".
