Half Price Train Fare at the
Kent & East Sussex Railway
Residents who live in Sussex can celebrate Sussex Day with the Kent & East Sussex Railway on Wednesday 16 June 2010 with half price train fare when they board a train at either Northiam or Bodiam station.
Launched in 2007, Sussex Day is now a popular annual event giving Sussex residents the opportunity to celebrate their county's rich heritage and showcase everything it has to offer and the Railway is no exception!
Described as one of England's finest examples of a rural light railway, the Kent & East Sussex Railway offers a wonderful day out for all ages on the vintage steam trains. On board, passengers can relax and admire the stunning views of the Wealden countryside and Rother Valley as the trains gently wend their way along the 10 ½ mile track.
Passengers will need to provide proof of Sussex address to receive half price train fares.

Northiam station is situated on the A28 between Ashford and Hastings and has a spacious car park which is free. Please note that there is no parking at Bodiam Station.
