Arrived in February 1984 to assist with ballasting work
on the Railway. It was built by BR at Shildon in 1960 to
lot 3255. It is vacuum braked, has three discharge shutes
and a tare weight of 10 tons. It was the first vehicle on
the K&ESR with roller bearings.
